● Sunmoonsource.Biz warranty is offered to direct customers only. All customers must obtain an RMA number from Sunmoonsource.Biz prior to any return, replacement, and repair.
● Satisfaction Guarantee: For any order that is not to your expectation upon receipt, please contact Sunmoonsource.Biz within 7 working days of receipt. We will have an honest discussion with you and a satisfactory resolution based on return, replacement, credit, or a combination of the above will be be offered.
● Damaged or missing products: If any package is visibly damaged upon delivery by the courier. Please accept the package and make a note made on the carrier delivery record. Please notify Sunmoonsource.Biz immediately so that a claim can be filed with the courier. Please hold the merchandise and the original packaging for the courier's inspection and investigation. RMA numbers can be requested by communicating with our sales or support team with the details of damages or defects. Merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be processed. The RMA numbers are valid from 21 days after issuance. After you get an RMA number, please send the item(s) immediately. Customer is responsible for proper packaging of all returns.
